Refund Policy

SimpleNGAT services do not include guaranteed refunds under normal conditions.
  • Refunds only apply if the website is officially shut down and no longer operating.
  • Make sure you understand this policy before purchasing credits.

Service Pricing

  • Service prices and credit packages may change at any time without prior notice.
  • Price changes do not apply retroactively to credits that have already been purchased.
  • Credits you already own remain valid at the same value.

Membership Access

  • Image generation, video generation, and workflow access are available to all users.
  • Basic accounts can create up to 3 workflows.
  • VIP removes the Basic workflow cap and unlocks premium nodes, Gallery access, Workflow AI Agent, duplicate, and share-by-email tools.
  • Selected VIP offers may include bonus credits. Check the package details before payment.
  • Buying workflow templates on NgatStore is not restricted to VIP unless a product page explicitly says otherwise.

Generation Failures

If a generation process fails, your credits will not be deducted.
  • Credits are deducted only when generation succeeds.
  • This applies to all features: Tools, Studio, and Workflow.

NgatStore Policy

  • Purchased templates are non-refundable.
  • Creators receive 100% of earnings from sales in the form of credits.
  • Published templates must be original and must not infringe copyright.
  • Admins reserve the right to remove templates that violate policy.
  • Purchased workflow templates include the current generated/uploaded media URLs from the template at the time of purchase/import.

Terms of Use

  • All generated content may be used commercially.
  • You may not use the platform to create illegal, hateful, pornographic, or otherwise unlawful content.
  • Accounts that violate these terms may be blocked without prior notice.
  • One account is for one user only. Account sharing is prohibited.
  • Admins reserve the right to change these terms at any time.
